Designed and developed by the world’s principal military special forces, we evolve it to the local community for our students and clients from the private, public and charitable sectors. Our Krav Maga is applied in classes or courses to mixed adult, gender-specialised or children’s self defence training. Whatever the requirements, we tailor this to the individual.

Because self defence is a encompassing subject, our Krav Maga is more than just close quarter combat techniques, tactics and thinking.

We also teach you how to become more situationally aware and how to apply body language and behaviours to minimalize the chances of violence breaking out. You will learn conflict management solutions and legal awareness to protect yourself and others. Our teaching also covers criminal psychology, criminology, biomechanics, anatomy and physiology, as well as health, well-being and medical trauma management.
