This class is for ages 9-11

16:55 to 17:55 at: MELBOURNE CENTRE, ESCRICK STREET,  YORK, YO10 4AW

Trial is FREE!

Children need to bring a bottle of water with them and wear something comfortable (trousers/joggers, t-shirt, trainers/pumps). Please make sure your child does not eat a big meal before the class.

The classes cover: self-defence, awareness, healthy eating, anti-bullying, co-ordination and fitness. We are anti-bullying and safeguarding trained and certified.  Our instructors are DBS checked and highly qualified.  Most importantly, the classes are welcoming and fun to take part in and begin building a child’s confidence within the first 5 minutes of their first class.

Note: while parents are unable to stay and watch the class, they must bring children into the room and for the first session come in to complete a short form.
