Spartans Academy of Krav Maga UK offers this scenario based 6 hour, high level tuition seminar to our Active Members, for FREE. These new Applied Krav Maga Seminars are formatted so Spartans can learn to utilise their skills in a more flexible and comprehensive manner, thus allowing students to sharpen their techniques and to expand their knowledge of real-life Krav Maga Self Defence.

In Applied Krav Maga Seminars students will continue to work on strikes, defences and self-defence from the current subjects of the class programme. Training will move through that recap to a scenario based practice where situations evolve and you quickly find yourself in a position similar to how things would play out in real-life.  Our Instructor Team will be present to guide you safely through a fun and informative training and answer any questions you may have.

There are no separate Grading events, you can grade in any Applied Krav Maga Seminar.  Grading is £50.

Not a member, unable to attend our regular classes or just fancy learning some self defence skills fast? This Applied Krav Maga Seminar is the perfect short course for you.  Six hours of life-saving skills, learning techniques and how to use them, all for just £100. You’ll gain tons of confidence, and learn a lot of self defence (Krav Maga) techniques, within all of our courses and classes you get: awareness training, conflict management practice and criminal/human behaviour & UK self defence law theory.
