Krav Maga Grading

Students Grading is a means to measure your progression, to be able to show that you can retain skills, experience, and knowledge and demonstrate them in (staged) real life situations…

It can instil many emotions both positive and negative and learning to control these emotions, to be able to focus on something and give everything you have both, physically and mentally to meet the goal is a fantastic way to grow and develop yourself as an individual.

Grading is also a good time to come together with your training colleagues, to put yourself out of your comfort zone and to have some fun.

Instructor training and updates @ Melbourne Centre

Instructor Training and Updates  is a free training session open to all Spartans Academy of Krav Maga instructors.

Whether you’ve been a Krav Maga instructor for 30 years or 3 years, ITU is a great opportunity for you to not only to train hard but to contribute to the system, share your knowledge, inspire, motivate, collaborate and learn from your peers from around the UK.

At each ITU there will be a review on “How to Create Training Drills”, an opportunity for each individual to introduce a new or modified drill (or multiple drills when possible), a discussion of practicality and tactical pros and cons, and Advanced Weapon Training.
